Just installed this app and I can already tell it's going to be amazing for my business! It was so easy to set up & customize, and when I had a question about something that was not showing up right, Constantin helped me right away and fixed the problem so quickly. Highly recommend for anyone offering store/local pickup! Thanks so much, Constantin!
Tough review to write, Constantine was quick to respond and try to help however this app was not designed for a high volume store. You are not able to delete appointments, change appointments or export directly from app. The data is exported to Shopify via tags which is not then able to be filtered by time and date separately. Furthermore the time and date is sometimes switched which makes the data completely unfilterable separately by date and time once exported to Excel. Customer service is really great, if you are a small shop with low volume this would probably be a good app to use. If you are a high volume store or would like the ability to edit appointments, keep shopping.

Because you requests were very specific for your case scenario and came with a very short notice we didn’t have time to implement them in time, but rest assured we are working on them.
Our app is used by thousands of stores, some of them are processing daily tens of thousands of orders without any problems. We are trying our best to prioritise and balance what feature goes out next.

Really nice app that blends in perfectly with my theme. I had a slight issue when installing but Constantin help me straight away and solved it within 30 minutes. Brilliant!
Great App. Very happy with it and a great and fast help with some installation questions. I would recomment it!
I found this app to be highly flawed. I had several error messages trying to use the radio button for pickup in store, then had to choose the store address vs my regular shipping address and felt that may be lost on the customer. Despite several tries I was unable to make a purchase from my own store with in-store pickup as an option.
Chatted with Constantin today who was very knowledgeable and very attentive. He helped me set everything up and even helped me with areas that are outside of the scope of the app. Very impressed, thank you!

They we're super helpful with setting up and the many changes I wanted doing. Very quick to respond and everything is working great. Only had the app for a day but already feel its well worth the money.
Easy to install, and customer service is prompt and helpful - we needed a click and collect option, and this was simple and efficient!
App delivers on all its promises and the support is responsive very helpful. Found it very useful for my store.
