I have really appreciated this app, it makes schedule our You Pick Flower Field so easy. And the customer support is fantastic.

After using this app for a couple of months, it has become a necessity in our retail store.

We worked with Josh while testing this app to figure out how we could offer pickups in a way that integrated with our store easily, collected all the information we would need and ensure that the process was relatively painless for our customers.

We previously experimented with offering a "free" shipping option, but found customers selected it by accident, it didn't allow for club members/family to pickup orders and we couldn't ascertain when the customer actually wanted to pick the order up or enforce limits.

We've found that a large number of our local customers use our online store to browse our products in advance. Having the pickup option available for them lets them get in on online sales and limited time offers, without having to pay shipping. It has also cut down on the number of phone orders we have had to take which take up a lot of our day.

We also have several large events a year where people come all over the country. This app allows them to purchase products in advance to ensure they have them ready.

The support service was super fast and very helpful, which made setting up the app so easy! The app has also all features we need for our click and collect service.

A great app. We installed it at the height of Covid, when we had a rush of online orders, and found it really easy to install and use.
Support is brilliant too!

This app is going to be extremely useful for my store. I would have given it a 5 but I just started using it today. Would be very useful to have the option for customers or my team to be able to change appointments but was told it is a upcoming feature. Constantin was more help than I could have ever imagined and got me set up exactly how I wanted the features and functions to be. I HIGHLY recommend this app.

This app is very user-friendly for both businesses and customers! The support was also very helpful and quick!

My site hasn't launched yet, but haven't tested the functionality of the app. I have full confidence it will work effectively! Constantin emailed me immediately after I downloaded it and double checked all my work for me! She even adjusted it to fit the theme of my store!!! AMAZING. Would absolutely recommend. Can't wait to offer this option to my customers.

Quite a good app with one obvious limitation: you can't black out hours for pick up, just days from purchase and the max number of days until pick up that a customer can select. I would like to be able to schedule same day pick up potentially depending on the time purchased and our remaining open hours, however it will only let me schedule next day or same day but no time allowance for readying the order if we choose same day. Constantin's support however, is ALWAYS top notch!
