Store Pickup + Delivery (CR)

This app has worked very well for us. We've been using it for aprx. 1 year. Whenever we've had an issue or needed to troubleshoot (usually because we want to push it beyond it's limit) the customer service is quick, professional, and very friendly.

Excellent app and support. The app works exactly as described and the installation was simple to install with easy to follow instructions. I did email support with a question of how to change a color of a button and they got back to me with minutes and corrected the issue for me. I would totally recommend this app.
Update - The support for this app is excellent. No matter what time of day I submit a ticket, it is resolved within 15 min. or less. I can't recommend this app enough!!!
Update 2 - Once again, the support I receive from this team is amazing. The issues are resolved within an hour of being reported and they are always polite and very professional.

App is super easy to install, use, and customer service is incredibly fast and helpful! Custom settings very simple to update.

Excellent customer support—truly above and beyond. App is easy to install and very customizable. Simple interface allows one to easily make changes to pickup times and dates and availability (and locations).

I’m still new to apps and had issues installing but got a very quick reply from Constantin on a Sunday night! Explained the issue and he sorted it so quickly. This app does exactly what I needed.

Constantin is awesome!! Very helpful and gets the job done quickly. I needed to customize my checkout with a notes section and delivery, pick up and shipping and he fixed it perfectly and in a speedy manner! Totally recommend this app!

They deserve 6 stars. We use this app because shopify's pick up system isn't compatible with having multiple locations with only one location used for online order fulfillment. They set it up for you quickly and easily, and will go above and beyond for you.
