CS is super helpful and i like that they explain the problem statement and suggest solutions! not just with a "done" answer.

With Covid we needed to move a local fair online for our organization. This app really helped us define rules for when people could pick up items from a central meeting place and what address ranges we would be able to deliver items to. Sterling provided the best technical support I've ever experienced for an app anywhere. So so so happy with this product.

This app has been exactly what we wanted to with our 27 stores! Had one small issue with our theme and it was fixed in a proper timely manner.

Awesome customer service, always answered to our issues with the app, I believe it still need some more configuration options for the email delivered to the stores but I hope that change with an update someday.

Tommy and the team were so prompt and helpful in getting the pickup features to work in our store right before the holidays. Great service and extremely responsive to questions. Our team is really happy with this pickup app.

Excellent addition to our store... exactly what we were looking for! When we first installed it there was a small glitch on certain devices but Nicolas edited some code and fixed it immediately. Customer support is way above what we could've imagined. Thank you Secomapp!

This app is AMAZING! I tried various apps, most of them way more expensive, yet this one beat them all hands down. It combined everything I needed into one, which makes managing my store so much simpler. The app itself is really easy to set up and configure and all the menus and layout make sense, even to a total beginner like myself. Despite being super simple to use, it still manages to cram in so much functionality that I don't need to use any other apps now, plus all of it works flawlessly. Best of all, the support is absolutely incredible! Honestly, I have never come across such friendly and helpful support. I can't thank them enough. 100% recommended :)
