I used this app to help me offer an option for self pickup from my individual brick and mortar stores. It is so easy to set up and the only part which I struggled with was how to only make free shipping for store pickup to not appear for customers who did not select store pickup and that was solved because I did not implement the weight based free shipping as prescribed because it was in the youtube video and i didn't notice the weight to input. All's good now and we are truly loving this app that offers us so much flexibility in terms of lead time adjustment, black out dates and even max number of slots available per time slot. Thanks so much Sterling and team for developing this amazing app and helping us solve the headache of ensuring that pickup is only available at locations where we truly have inventory.

Awesome app and support. We have problem with the app and was causing conflict with another app. The developer helped us fix the problem and was constantly updating us on the progress.

We have tried several ways to add "In Store Pickup" to our store and they have all been very difficult for us as many customers would select that at checkout in order to try to get free shipping. This new app makes it very easy to separate the true in store pickups from the sales that need shipping. Very nicely done and easy to install.

Been using the app for about 2 weeks now and have no complaints. The app is easy to setup and use. This has help eliminate our undeliverable local deliveries as we now can provide a delivery date and time that works for the customer.

We had some minor technical difficulties starting up with an app in our drawer cart, but all resolved quickly.

There is one significant drawback to all Shopify Pickup Apps, including this one.
In your Settings/Shipping, you will need to create a Store Pickup, and it will become visible to Shipping checkout guests.

With that mind, you may experience some delivery orders arriving as store pickup and missout collecting the shipping fee that you may charge on your orders!

Trust me, people are blind and will do anything to skip the delivery fee.

With all that, the app is working great, functionality and customization are also at an excellent level.
