Excellent Customer Service. replied all 3 times I requested help in less then 12 hours . Probably sooner. Im still testing the APP so I'm not sure if its the right fit for me yet based on my needs but from my experience so far I have nothing but great things to say.

I am a small business owner of a rental business catering to new moms who need to rent breast pumps and buy lactation products. We home delivery our products and also ship some out. Our need was to be able to offer local delivery for the rental product and to ship out all others. This customization is not available in many apps on Shopify or even the current shopify app. We are a small shop and I am really unable to hire a developer to create a custom solution. I wanted to offer a big vote of thanks to Sterling and his team. I am not a tech person and he spent a lot of time over email going over my specific needs and helped me install and test out the app to see if it would be a good fit for me. He did this in a very prompt way...over a period of 24-48 hours. I found his communication and grasp of my needs to be stellar. I am just amazed at the quality of help I received. Very user-friendly app! The monthly fee is very reasonable for small businesses that simply want the convenience of being able to offer curbside pickup and delivery dates scheduler for their customers.

I would highly recommend this app! I used the app on my online store to allow my customers to collect from our retail locations and offer a delivery service with our own vans. In looking for this functionality in other apps I struggled to find a suitable solution that also looked great. Since finding Secomapps app this fixed both these problems, first of all the functionality was really well thought out, you can set up the locations and store details super simply using their 3rd party control centre, plus the added bonus of bulk uploading made it very easy to be up and running in no time. Second, the design and customisation of this app is great, it worked well with my theme and allowed me to adjust colours and fonts. I also needed some custom functionality added to the app which the team at Secomapps were more than happy to help me include, they went over and above to facilitate my needs, even working out of office hours to complete the requested upgrades. Great team, super friendly and super helpful. 6 starts from me if i could and will continue to look out for future app and updates for this app
