Really helpful team. Have used their live chat within Shopify a few times now to help fix things, every time they get things back up and running. Really good app too! We need to offer just in store pick up with a calendar of times for customers to book collection slots in and it works a dream. Would highly recommend.

I spent so much time on two other delivery apps and encountered a problem at the Checkout. I am so glad I switched to Bird Delivery App. I encountered the same issue which I got to know is related to Shopify. However, the tech support at Bird was super helpful and solved my problem. I worked with Nitin, he send me a Collaborator request and once I approved him, he managed to solve my long lasting problem in seconds. It was so helpful and crucial to my business. Nitin went beyond and even helped me chose another app to help me with delivery route optimization. Here is my idea, you will encounter problems and limitation with apps and services, especially if you are building something specific to your business needs. It's the tech support that changes the game. I highly recommend this app, they have your back!

I used the chat feature to ask about the scheduling calendar on the order page. I received another quick response and they even edited my cart so the view was what I was looking for. Love this app!
