We use the Bird Pickup Delivery tool, every time we offer near delivery and pickup (2-3 times per year).
It allows our customers to choose between these options, pick a date and time (determined by us), and set so many more variables and exceptions.
It is definitely our choice and recommendation.
The pricing is also fair and structured to meet your needs.

And now the support.
I would have never gotten the settings right, if not for the great support!
Arranging a meeting was super easy.
Support understood exactly my issues and while there are already good instructions wich I received, I was offered the remote help, since it can get somewhat technical.
Within minutes everything was taken care of and I could watch everything on the screen, which was a great learning.

BirdChime, yout Tool is worth every cent and I can only compliment on your support.

I’ve just started using this app, and so far the experience has been very positive. The support team has been excellent. I had quite a few questions during setup, and they were responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. It’s also clear that the developers actively maintain the app and release updates regularly, which is extremely important. Overall, a strong start and a solid experience so far.

Endlessly customizable and wonderful customer service. Great for this one-woman show to handle lead times and delayed shipping/delivery for the holidays.

Customer service! is the best they have, they go with you all the way until any issue is fixed they are very patient and wait for you, no time limit. they go above and beyond to help you. The app change all my website for good. I spend moths looking for an app like this and this is the perfect one for local deliveries with nice calendar.

L'application fonctionne super bien. Le support est rapide aussi pour les petites questions de configuration. Tous les textes peuvent être changés facilement dans la langue de son choix. Aussi, il y a une grande flexibilité pour les conditions par zone de livraison.

I love this app. Their customer support is outstanding. If I have a question their chat is always available, and it's so easy to use. Pricing is worth it for what it does to my online store. I highly recommend!

As a florist, it’s essential for our customers to easily choose their preferred delivery or pickup date — and this app makes that possible! When I switched to Shopify, I was initially worried to see that feature wasn’t built in, but after a quick search, the Bird App turned out to be the perfect solution. It’s worked wonders for our shop and integrates seamlessly with our POS tablet.

I especially love that it syncs with our Google Calendar, allows for customizable rates and delivery charges (or uses your existing Shopify settings), and is very reasonably priced.

The support team deserves a special mention — getting in touch and setting up a video call was smooth and easy. They went above and beyond to answer all my questions and even helped with some Shopify back-end setup outside of their own app.

Highly recommend!
