Customer service is really helpful and helped us fix many of our small issues for our ecommerce website!!

Needed an app to help customers choose a date and time for delivery and a delivery method from postal, local and collection. Tried a few apps but this was a) the easiest and most logical to setup b) visually produced the best results c) met my needs the best but more importantly d) their customer service and support during the process was a+++++, really helpful, patient, knowledgeable and saw the job through till the end, would 100% recommend. So far, I'm extremely happy with not only the app but the team that supports it. First, easy to install and configure. I've used a previous app, and while I thought that app was okay, I now realize that this app is superior! Secondly, the app works basically flawlessly. I had ONE little tiny hiccup on how the calendar appears on Android devices and I contacted them and within just a few minutes, they fixed the small issue. Everything has been perfect. The team is friendly, very knowledgeable and they're quick at responding and fixing issues. I cannot recommend enough!

Only just setting up this app after deciding to go with it due to it's affordability and functions seeming better suited for our business over other more expensive apps. So far the experience has been great, the set up is straight forward and even if at some points it's not for a non-developer like myself doing the website no my own, the support team has been outstanding! They reply quickly and provide with links to additional step-by-step, but when I still messed something up with the code, they were able to help me fix it super quick. Really impressed and hoping it will be smooth use from here on out.
