Excellent support from Lokesh at Bird Pickup Delivery Date app. I had an issue with the date picker styling on my Shopify store and he fixed it very quickly and efficiently. Really appreciate the prompt and helpful service. Much appreciated

Update:
After some time now we must update our review. This app really was a quality of life change for us. everything seems to run smooth as of now. the integration in shopify is so much better than the app we have used before. The customer support is fast and friendly. best of all, not every issue we had while setting up the app was answered with "give us access to your store". They really sovled all our problems by explaining and troubleshooting via chat.
Setting up the app took us some time and some trial and error but coming from another app this was totally expected. all in all great app and worth every penny. Thank you.

It's been a couple of months in so far but I love the app and especially the customer support whom I've contacted twice already. I'm still in the early stage and therefore on a free tier, but will upgrade without hesitations once sales pick up.

This is the app that addresses several functions that I absolutely need for our small bakery. It is super easy to configure-just follow the detailed instructions. When I hit a couple of snags (because I failed to follow the provided instructions), I opened the live chat, explained my issue and within a couple of minutes, support corrected my errors and helped configure the settings.
