We're a lean team without an IT department or marketing team so I appreciate very much that the team responded immediately to our issue and even made the change needed for us instead of sending lengthy instructions on how to do it ourselves (which would've taken hours, if not days!)

This app works great and has features other pick up and delivery apps I've used before haven't, like having more than 2 options at check out. They have also been REALLY helpful and responsive about helping me make changes and customize our checkout experience. The widget and app are super customizable and work great, but the customer service is above & beyond!
