Professional, kind, patient and ever-so helpful! I really appreciate that this team [also] has a free plan with good features, for growing businesses, like mine. This is the *only* pickup app on the entire app store that allows me to add local pickup to my website without also adding a "choose your shipping date" option. I don't want customers to choose a shipping date, that makes little sense for most ecommerce businesses. Yet every other app makes you do that if you need the pickup option as well.
The app deserves 5 stars for that alone, and I've used it for about a year now with no issues. I needed the help of support today on an unrelated issue, and they solved 2 days of stress in literal seconds.
