Bird Pickup Delivery Date

We've really enjoyed using the Bird Pickup Delivery app on Shopify! It has made ordering so much easier for our customers, streamlining the process and improving overall efficiency. The support team has been incredible—I'm always asking a lot of questions, and they are consistently patient, responsive, and helpful. Their guidance has made a huge difference, and I truly appreciate their dedication. Highly recommend this app for anyone looking to enhance their pickup and delivery experience!

This app worked really well for a while until it didn't. Once I upgraded to the paid version I had nothing but issues. It would rarely work to let customers click pickup. I reached out to get it fixed and every time I would get a reply I would follow what they said and would think it’s fixed but I was wrong. Everytime I would reply to email I would be speaking with someone new every single time and finally got pissed with how many calls I was receiving to place orders because my website wasn’t working. After the last couple weeks going back and fourth I decided to go with another company.

Cannot adequately explain how much we appreciate this app! It helped us direct pick up order to our on-farm store, and completely wiped out the chaos of trying to contact our customers and have them arrive in the right place at the right time. Truly a wonderful upgrade to our website!

I had an issue with the delivery settings on a very special day in my business. Made a mistake when making changes and couldn't understand what was wrong.

I reached the support and, to be honest, didn't expect a fast response. However, to my great surprise, Nitin answered me within a couple of minutes and solved my problem. Additionally, he explained the reason for the issue to me and how to avoid it in the future.

I'm totally satisfied with their client support. It means a lot for a small business when you need to solve questions fast, cause it can cost money.
