This app worked really well for a while until it didn't. Once I upgraded to the paid version I had nothing but issues. It would rarely work to let customers click pickup. I reached out to get it fixed and every time I would get a reply I would follow what they said and would think it’s fixed but I was wrong. Everytime I would reply to email I would be speaking with someone new every single time and finally got pissed with how many calls I was receiving to place orders because my website wasn’t working. After the last couple weeks going back and fourth I decided to go with another company.

I had an issue with the delivery settings on a very special day in my business. Made a mistake when making changes and couldn't understand what was wrong.
I reached the support and, to be honest, didn't expect a fast response. However, to my great surprise, Nitin answered me within a couple of minutes and solved my problem. Additionally, he explained the reason for the issue to me and how to avoid it in the future.
I'm totally satisfied with their client support. It means a lot for a small business when you need to solve questions fast, cause it can cost money.

We're a lean team without an IT department or marketing team so I appreciate very much that the team responded immediately to our issue and even made the change needed for us instead of sending lengthy instructions on how to do it ourselves (which would've taken hours, if not days!)
