I really can't say enough great things about this app. They are very quick to reply to support issues and always willing to help and see the issue through to the solution. Their subscription system is tiered so you start out with a free tier that gives you 70% functionality (and 95% of the essential functions) and as you make more sales, they charge you more, which is really really nice and very refreshing (normally you are charged $60+/month with no other options). Their interface is easy to understand and navigate and there are a ton of options that allow you to work-around anything you would run into. Thanks again for providing such a great app!
the customer service is explicit. i've experienced some problems with a bug (with shopify itself!) and the team has been extremely helpful. Immediately reacts and goes out of their way to help out and find solutions. Right now everything works perfectly and I'm so happy that I got this app! the only thing I would like Shopify to do, is fix the bug so pickups can be enabled on both the app and shopify. Besides that it's amazing. And again, the app itself has nothing to do with this. Works perfect with Google calendar, mails, orders for pick-up or delivery... love it!
Experience has been nothing shy of phenomenal. These guys know what customer support is all about. Every time I've had questions or wanted to make adjustments. They've always had a solution. Completely recommend them!
