I recently downloaded this app because I need something for my customers so they didn't have to purchase shipping if they didn't need it. I was constantly refunding shipping and that's not fair to the customer. I love how simple this app was to download and it gives you a step by step guide on how to install, the best part was it was FREE!! Thank you :)

I'm so happy I found this App for need to offer pick ups with a schedule in mind. I sell both large items that ship on a pallet and small items that generate automatic shipping rates at checkout. Those items can be picked up yet if someone was to put one of each in their cart, it would generate a shipping rate that was VERY wrong for my business. I needed to find a way to block the items from offering a shipping rate when they can only be picked up. Ali and his team took time to understand my problems and fixed it so I can utilize their app more efficently. As a entrepreneur it is hard to make money when we have to give it away to shippers because the platform isn't set up correctly. I'm happy to have worked with Ali and will implement this app on my other businesses.

My store is for pickup only from our shop, so this app was just what I was looking for!
Very easy to implement, and the customer service was amazing. I had a query regarding checkout and it was very efficiently and easily solved within a day

We were actually using another app for pickups but it does not have the flexibility like the Genie Store Pickup app. The app is very well thought off, and the developer is very helpful. It was easy to navigate and very good app to use.

I added this app to help me deal with pickup dates and times and it works pretty well so far. And the support team help me solved my back and front issues very quick.

Customer Support is OUTSTANDING! So SO Helpful. They fixed my user error problems and told me how to fix it myself in the future (I asked!) We have multiple location inventory that can be used with multiple location pick up. It has time slots for pick up, and preparation times - Example- we do NEXT DAY LOCAL PICK UP at Either Location... You can do this with this App (just adjust your preparation time!). You can also black out the days in which your shop is closed.
There is a Store Pick Up button that appears in your shop. You can set up confirmation emails as well - especially with multiple location options- this is so helpful.
It will not mess with your fullfillment options. It's either Fullfilled or Unfullfilled. (There is no "ready for pick-up" so you don't have to worry about the extra step- if you're into that sort of thing)
Also you can't beat their price for what their app does.
I just can't express how amazed I am with their service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
