The customer service is on point! My experience with GenieApp was easy from the start. They took me in charge from the beginning and they are very quick on the reply for any issue that may occur. My clients are very happy to have multiples options for pick up orders now. I recommend :)

I didn't like the Shopify built-in in-store pickup function for a bunch of reasons. This app looked appealing and affordable. I have a pretty customized theme so installation was a little bit complicated, but Ali patiently listened to what I wanted and implemented it perfectly. Now our in-store pickup option works just like I envisioned. The app works great and is an excellent value, and Ali is top-notch in terms of support.

This app was perfect for our needs! We needed customers to be able to select which store they would like to pick up from independent of the actual location's inventory and this not only handled that but also works so much more intuitively than the Local Pickup option that is built into Shopify. We have a few small hiccups while getting the app setup, but Ali was able to get us sorted out with lightning speed and efficiency. I wholeheartedly recommend this app not only for how well it works but also how great the support is!

This app is exactly what I was looking for! I wasn't able to get it to integrate with the theme I was using, but Ali was able to assist and set it up perfectly in a day!

Update: I wanted to hide my local pickup address as it is a residential address and Ali was able to help me do that and only have the pickup address revealed when orders are made. This is super helpful for small businesses operating out of their homes.

I also had an issue with the pickup emails not syncing and he was able to look into it quickly and fix it.

Fantastic App! It matches our need with simple functions, and also amazing tech support service, which helped us fixing all the integration issues with the theme we are using.
Also the pickup info can be sync to the order detail and be sent to the warehouse with order so that the logistics team can review and prepare for those pickups

Upon first installing the app I could not get it to function properly. Let me be clear....I am a technological nightmare and get easily frustrated. With other apps I never seem to have luck with customer support. So I was very skeptical when I shot them an email.

Let me tell you, Genie Apps customer service is AMAZING. I received an email instantly confirming my issue and within minutes they asked to access my store. I granted them access and then within 20 minutes I received an email telling me it is fully functional.

This app is functioning as advertised. It is clean and easy for the customer to use.

Customer service makes this app a BARGAIN

I have recently downloaded the app for a new TakeAway Sushi shop that I am building and I must say the app does exactly what we need. There were some small details about the way things were displayed in the checkout but after a quick conversation with the developer, everything was sorted out.
The app works great so far and the developer is really quick and helpful.
