We needed some help with the app install and the owner of the company got back to us quickly and resolved our issue fast and was very accessible.

I feel this app is going to work really well for us. We are a farm that delivers product to 3 different locations once a month for our customers to pick up their products. This app allowed me to set up those options and have customers choose which location they wanted to pick up at. Customer service was very helpful. Much appreciated. Thank you.

I researched about 20 apps to provide click and collect functionality on my store and found this one to be the best fit for my needs. It's not over complicated in the UX, easy to setup, very competitively priced and best of all the support is fantastic. I ran the app successfully for several months then I had an issue after installing another app. Ali helped me troubleshoot the issue and even wrote some different code to help try and get the two apps running together (they were clashing due to the way the checkout works, no fault of Store Pickup at all). Fantastic App! It matches our need with simple functions, and also amazing tech support service, which helped us fixing all the integration issues with the theme we are using.
Also the pickup info can be sync to the order detail and be sent to the warehouse with order so that the logistics team can review and prepare for those pickups

Fast response time and they also helped me fix an issue I had of my customer's not receiving their pickup location / pick up date in their emails.. I highly recommend this app. It made my website allow for pickups at different locations and allows them to choose their pick up time and date which is really helpful.
