I didn't like the Shopify built-in in-store pickup function for a bunch of reasons. This app looked appealing and affordable. I have a pretty customized theme so installation was a little bit complicated, but Ali patiently listened to what I wanted and implemented it perfectly. Now our in-store pickup option works just like I envisioned. The app works great and is an excellent value, and Ali is top-notch in terms of support.
The best app for the store pick up. He did many customization for me and support is second to none. Very timely support as well , I am very very happy and it is working perfectly for me

Just started using the app. Set up was quite easy, needed some help with a pickup-only setting. Support did it for me in under a week free of charge. Im very happy that I stumbled upon this. I can recommend it for anyone having a pickup Store.

The customer service for this app is wonderful. Ali was very quick to help us with an installation issue.
I think this app helps some, but the information for pickup doesn't initially flow into the packing slip unless you request additional support (we use it to fulfill the orders), and the app uses tags to work, which clogs up the tags so I don't see what I need to see in the dashboard. It feels like the app creators need to go further to put the information - date and time from the customer - into something that we as the end-user can see and print out when dealing with the orders. I downloaded this app back in February of 2022, and the same thing happened then. I was hoping that there were changes from that time, but nope, it's the same.

Thanks for your feedback. Most of the merchants don't need to show up pickup date/time on their packing slip. They only need to check what date/time the customer has selected. Or they want to see the pickup location the customer has selected. Still, we ask merchants if they want the pickup information on their packing slip, and if they want we add it for them. Shopify also doesn't allow the packing slip to be automatically updated. and none of the other similar apps does this. I hope you understand.
