Genie Store Pickup

Fantastic support, very responsive and nothing I asked was too much. Highly recommended! The app is just what I needed for my small business to make the customer choose his pick up time and date. Perfect!

I researched about 20 apps to provide click and collect functionality on my store and found this one to be the best fit for my needs. It's not over complicated in the UX, easy to setup, very competitively priced and best of all the support is fantastic. I ran the app successfully for several months then I had an issue after installing another app. Ali helped me troubleshoot the issue and even wrote some different code to help try and get the two apps running together (they were clashing due to the way the checkout works, no fault of Store Pickup at all). Fantastic App! It matches our need with simple functions, and also amazing tech support service, which helped us fixing all the integration issues with the theme we are using.
Also the pickup info can be sync to the order detail and be sent to the warehouse with order so that the logistics team can review and prepare for those pickups

Fast response time and they also helped me fix an issue I had of my customer's not receiving their pickup location / pick up date in their emails.. I highly recommend this app. It made my website allow for pickups at different locations and allows them to choose their pick up time and date which is really helpful.

This app is exactly what I was looking for! I wasn't able to get it to integrate with the theme I was using, but Ali was able to assist and set it up perfectly in a day!

Update: I wanted to hide my local pickup address as it is a residential address and Ali was able to help me do that and only have the pickup address revealed when orders are made. This is super helpful for small businesses operating out of their homes.

I also had an issue with the pickup emails not syncing and he was able to look into it quickly and fix it.

Ali and his team really helped us out with an issue we were having with our customer confirms. His attention to detail, quick turnaround time and prompt resolution provided us with enough time to complete all the required testing before the shop opened. It is reassuring to know there is someone like Ali to assist not only during the set up process but also during the life of your shop. I highly recommend the Genie App for your Shopify stores needs.
