I had a excellent experience with support. I was having trouble getting the date and time picker to show up on my site. Support quickly helped me get it up and running. Very grateful for the ease of this app.
This app works well for our needs and support was brilliant over a few days. We needed help to reinstall it onto our new theme. Support also made some customisations for us. There are additional notes on the order page when there is a pick-up but it doesn't bother us.
Ali helped through technical changes on how the app applied to my site. He understood my ask and promptly actioned it. I’m not a technical genius person and he made the process easily understandable.
Overall the app meets my needs for store pick up and delivery. Low app fees is a bonus too.

UPDATE: had an issue where a customer purchased the store pickup (which is free) and wanted to make sure that wouldn't happen again. reached out to support who resolved the issue in less than an hour. amazing service!
