I started using this a while ago. I really like it. It shows every potential customer that walks in and the steps they take, like if they add a something in their cart or if they leave their cart with a product it all shows up. It even shows what it was that they added to their cart.

I have installed the app for a while now and it gives valuable information. As a feature request I would recommend, if possible, to not just write "someone added"..., but also to add at least the country or other useful additional info, like from an IPhone, desktop, tablet, etc. As well, I see someone reached checkout, but did not pay. Was there an error? Could the errors a customer sees be listed? Regards.

J'ai installé STOREVIEW afin de m'aider dans mon marketing et de m'indiquer les activités des clients sur ma boutique.

Je constate que cette application fait ce pourquoi il est installé. Elle donne clairement les indications et vous savez exactement ce qui se passe quotidiennement.

Love this app. Get to know exactly how many add to carts i have in the day and what was the conversion. Highly recommend.

StoreView gives me so much more control over my commercials and helps me understand the vital metrics of how my online store is being used. I've been able to see trends in the customer add to baskets that were not checking out - this way I have been able to re consider my product page and win more sales.

Love the app, very simple and useful.

Unfortunately I asked several times for a couple of extra options and they never came. So, I moved on.

Does exactly what it says it will. This is the only app that I'm aware of that can track user engagement within the checkout area. Other apps I've tried were 1. extremely expensive and 2. stopped tracking after customer added to cart. Its a little glitchy but hit refresh a couple times and it ends up displaying properly.

A great way to see customer activity. Helps you understand what customers are doing and where you may have website gaps. Definitely useful.
