Does exactly what it says it will. This is the only app that I'm aware of that can track user engagement within the checkout area. Other apps I've tried were 1. extremely expensive and 2. stopped tracking after customer added to cart. Its a little glitchy but hit refresh a couple times and it ends up displaying properly.

A great way to see customer activity. Helps you understand what customers are doing and where you may have website gaps. Definitely useful.

It doesn't work well. Today I have more than twenty add to cart and app record five. I put product to cart, and app didn't record me.
Support to my question, didn't receive any.

Great little app that has loads of potential. Only came across it when a customer wanted to tell me their cart contents to see if they could have a discount. I realised I couldn't without making them go through the checkout and abandoning their cart so I could see what they added. A quick search found this app which has been great to see what they've added. One great feature would be to be able to copy the cart contents to a new order for the purpose I've just mentioned, but then that's just one feature that would be great!

This app is not working, The app randomly "adding" products to the list. A waste of time!
Check your "Shopping Behavior Analysis" from Google Analytics if you want to see real stats.
