Does exactly what it says it will. This is the only app that I'm aware of that can track user engagement within the checkout area. Other apps I've tried were 1. extremely expensive and 2. stopped tracking after customer added to cart. Its a little glitchy but hit refresh a couple times and it ends up displaying properly.
A great way to see customer activity. Helps you understand what customers are doing and where you may have website gaps. Definitely useful.
It doesn't work well. Today I have more than twenty add to cart and app record five. I put product to cart, and app didn't record me.

Great little app that has loads of potential. Only came across it when a customer wanted to tell me their cart contents to see if they could have a discount. I realised I couldn't without making them go through the checkout and abandoning their cart so I could see what they added.
