If you want to know what customers are adding to their cart, then get Store View. It has helped me out a lot to know which product is getting more hits since not everyone completes the checkout stage. Shopify only notifies about abandoned cart when the customer reaches the checkout stage. Store View helps me to know what item is being added to the cart.

This app is easy to use, fast customer service, and I love the ability to automatically email customers without having to manually monitor this. Thank you for helping our business!

I love this app so much. It's the first thing I look at when I wake up and I find myself watching it more than the live view of site visitors. It's helped me see visually pretty fast how many get to checkout, how many put their ship info in and how many abandon. Invaluable and totally worth the small price tag!

I'm using this application from 2 weeks and this is the best application i came a cross in shopify app store. The team here led by Steve have put something together here that will change the face of analytics for Shopify users. I highly recommend their platform. Knowing who comes through your shop and if you are receiving strong traffic but not strong sales it can help you pinpoint what and where to focus.
