My journey using the StoreFAQ app is only just beginning, but I've already received fantastic support from Martha on the support team. Her patience, kindness and expertise has been above and beyond. I know I'll have more questions going forward, but I'm feeling a lot more confident already. With help from the team, my FAQ page is looking well organised, particularly important when you have a lot of FAQs to manage. A huge thank you to the team for the help so far.

StoreFAQ has been an effective addition to our store — we love that it allows us to list FAQs not just on a dedicated page but also directly under individual product listings, which enhances the customer experience.
The tech support has also been impressive. I had a meeting over the weekend to request a modification (making the FAQ box background transparent), and the team was responsive and accommodating.
However, I was a little uncomfortable being asked to leave a review on the spot while sharing my screen with the tech support. While I appreciate the service, I would have preferred to give feedback on my own time.
