Duke was incredibly quick to respond and a pleasure to chat with. Not only were they very helpful, Duke also offered to make the adjustments that we required. The App itself, is very user friendly, attractive UI, and exactly what we were looking for to build custom forms. Importantly Storify offers seamless integration with Klaviyo. We recommend this App.

Contact Form Builder is the best option to collect data and files from your customers without asking them to write annoying emails. Support is stellar quick and polite, I had a problem with ghost code from an old app affecting my home page and they promptly cleared it. The Only app in store ready to use. And it's FREE. Great App.

Creating the form for the contact page was super easy. I wasn't familiar with transferring this to Shopify, but Daniel from the customer service team helped out heaps and guided me through each step!
