The software itself and the team's service are really great, but unfortunately, it's not compatible when accessed on a mobile device. I tried testing the Survey Form in the DEMO on my phone, but it couldn't display properly. It's such a shame.

I've looking for a Contact Us form that would replace the Dawn Theme default and this App is the perfect addition.

Perhaps the installation and usage time is too short (only about 20 minutes) so you don't really understand how to set up the app and maybe you haven't looked through the app's user manual.
