The contact form app has everything I need as well as additional features. The logic function is awesome. I definitely recommend this app. Customer service was super helpful for setting up the contact form. I highly recommend this app!

This app is amazing! And the customer service is awesome! I cant say enough about it. You wont be disappointed. I needed some help adding one of the forms to my contact page and for the life of me I could not figure it out. I contacted support and with in 5 minutes the form was on my page :-)

This app makes my store look so amazing. Any issues I had were solved pretty quick and their support team even switched some stuff for me! Definitely recommend this app
