S: Contact Form Builder

Wow, Daniel, Dzung & Duke in Tech & Customer Support are really on to it. Very patient & very fast with great focussed follow through over several things that I needed help with on my first 2 custom forms. This is a very neat form builder, I'm glad I chose it, more features than a lot of the others I looked at. I need to get measurements from my customers and product use case so not being limited to 6 input fields like a lot of the apps I looked at was one of the winning points for me.
Very generous with features & integrations.
They let me know there was some jquery issue and overlapping elements with another app I use all the time and fixed everything really quickly.

Very easy to create, no developer needed. Great support team as well. The basic form is free and you can also upgrade to include Departments, Attached files, Auto-response, Thank you page redirect, an Info box, etc. Great price too.

Duke was a great! He provided a great support to fix some errors! Will use Storeify for sure. This is my first review, will updated in a few days.
