There's a lot that I can customize on this app. And the forms look good on my website. The customer support is very responsive and helpful when I encounter issue setting up the email notification. Really appreciate it.

Their app helped replace our old contact form app that discontinued. Seems to work well so far with no complaints.

I searched high and low for a good simple "Contact Us" form app that I could use on my store.
