Easy to use app that has allowed us to build a great contact form. Support was extremely helpful and super quick. Would highly recommend this app.

I'm using this app for a newsletter sign up on my website. I had some issues in the beginning but the staff has been so helpful, they immediately responded and solved all my problems.

I highly recommend this app because once I set it up last year, it has worked so smoothly that I forgot about it. I recently made some edits to my theme that caused an issue with the app. I contacted support and they fixed it right away. Thank you for the quick fix!
