My shop SongsWithYou relies heavily on this app (not just as a contact form). We have had great success so far. We had one javascript issue, but after chatting with support team, it was fixed within 30 minutes. Overall, great support and functionality.

This app was the only option to accommodate various department contacts on our contact page. We were pleasantly surprised! The app is quite simple to use and the support is top notch! All our questions were responded to efficiently and quickly.

We are honestly blown away by the level of customer service. Duke and the whole Storeify team are simply fantastic. We are using two apps, both I have upgraded to paid versions. We highly recommend their apps as the product functionality and customer support is second to none.

I was having some difficulty embedding the form but Daniel of technical support helped me a lot. He was quick and patient. Truly appreciate the fast response from the technical team as well as the ease of creating the forms.
