I have tested several apps to serve the purpose of a custom contact form so I can provide price quotes to my customers. After testing 4 other custom contact form apps, this one is by far my favorite. It's the best in appearance and functionality, it's clear that whoever developed this app did not cut corners. With that being said, the best part of this app is the customer service. It's rare to find an app with customer service that is available at any time to answer your questions while actually being helpful and solving the problem. I would rate this app 10 starts If I could.

I've tried at least five different form builders and so far this was certainly easy to set up and has worked the best. For some reason with others, many of our customers have had error warnings and issues submitting. I had one small snag with installation and Danielle helped me out very quickly! I highly, highly recommend it.

This app is amazing. Customer service is amazing. I had an issue with my previous contact us form so I reached out to customer service, and they helped me every step of the way. I might upgrade to a paid plan, but free plan is awesome for now. Highly recommend this app.

Great app, does exactly what I need. It had a small glitch when I first installed it and the tech team were great and helped me resolve it very quickly. Excellent contact form with great customization. We needed a form that would notify various email addresses based on the choice made by the user. There was a minor glitch upon initial install, but Duke was responsive and quickly helped with the technical issues. Price is great for the features it provides. Highly recommend!
