S: Store Locator

I like the design of the app. However, the support is really poor.

I have been a pro client of this app for 5 years. The app was working in the first 4 years. Then, out of blue, the store locator collapsed.

i recently reported the issue to the tech support. the support restored the locator page, but skewed the header of my site while the locator is not showing the relevent stores after entering zip code, and the locator is exceedingly slow-the turning circle on the map keeps turning non stop and refused to show the relevent result.

when i reached out to them, they replied without addressing the issue of skewing the header of my site, and in terms of the locator, they said "you added this section to the Store locator page, it caused a conflict with our app".

First, this section had been working on my locator page and the locator was working fine for at least 3 years.
Second, after removing this section that has been the locator is still not working.

the header of my site is still compressed and visitors can see only half of the logo and can't log in.

The attitude of their tech support is to blame users instead of solving problems.

An app is only valuable if it works.

I give this app a 1 star because i do think its design and intended function is promising. the missing stars are for the sudden stop of working of the app, the poor tech support, and the still dysfunction of the app on my site.

EDIT: The developers finally replied and explained it was a holiday in their county - thus the slow response. Everything is fixed and running smoothly now and I explained that their tutorials need to be updated, they said they will consider it. Once I was able to figure out Google Map API -- things are actually better now than they were before. However, I now need to go through 215 locations and check them for errors in the "city" field. Overall - once this is working - I really like this app.

Things were going great until my addresses would not update and I could not add new locations. I asked for help and was given -- not very good instructions on how to create a Google API. The instructions were not current and now none of my locations appear whatsoever and support is slow. I was told to add a user - but I do not have that ability with my Shopify account.

I've tried many apps, and this one is very solid. Customer service is responsive and helpful, and the app has great features. It was some work to import my old data 100 stores at a time since my old app did not provide lat/long info, but it was worth the effort.

Straightforward and Effective

This app is simple and to the point, making it easy to show my customers where our products are stocked. The map layout is clean, and the ability to upload a custom marker icon is a great feature.

Recently, we decided to add another map on a separate landing page for additional services, and customer support was incredibly helpful in making that happen. Since I’m in the U.S., the time zone difference causes some delay in email responses, but they always get the job done!

Suggestion: Navigating the settings can feel a bit clunky, and it takes some time to find the options you need. That said, the app delivers everything it promises.

We were looking for a store locator app for a long time that really fits to our needs and we luckily found it with this app! It's easy to use and fully customizable.

Excellent app where you can indicate retailers with all their contacts and social networks. I had a problem due to an error on my part and the assistance resolved it in a couple of minutes, highly recommended!

App doesn't work. Said there was a problem on the Shopify side and couldn't get it to work then I went over to the store side to see if it was still displaying and it said there was an error displaying the map. This used to be a good app a few months ago. Buggy now.

Very clean app! Works great in mobile and desktop! Also - I really love the fact it's got a built in wholesale application form which means I don't need another app for forms! The form is adjustable with custom fields, colors, icons, and more. That's a huge value added feature! I needed support for a small theme issue and they were fast to help out. Great app and support!

The app is well built and robust and it worked our of the box without issues.
We are using the 3 list layout and we have requested some customisation of the design and layout, to better fit our needs and the design of our store.

Duke was very helpful and explained to us that the design and function customisations will cost 75 USD extra, but can be done.

We agreed and In 2 days everything was ready. After some minor bug fixes, the app works and looks awesome.

Communications was prompt and clear.

Only improvement I suggest is to add multi-language support either in app or by using the native Shopify App (Translate & Adapt)
