Storemapper

Every time I've needed support, the Storemapper team is quick to respond and help me resolve whatever issue I may be dealing with. Overall, I've had very few issues over the last few years and nothing that couldn't be resolved quickly. Highly recommend the app!

Storemapper has been a fantastic addition to our Shopify store. We work with a growing network of retailers and it allows us to add/update locations fast — bulk uploading via CSV took a fraction of the time we expected, and the ability to download an Excel file and update quickly has been a huge time-saver.

The customization options let us match the map's look to our brand without needing a developer. We've also gotten real value out of the built-in analytics like being able to see which areas are searching for us most has directly informed where we focus our retail outreach.

What really sets Storemapper apart, though, is the support. Every time we've had a question or run into an issue, their team has responded quickly and actually solved the problem instead of just pointing us to a help doc. We recently learned that the app wasn't 100% WCAG compliant and WCAG is a high priority item for our team when considering apps - both installing and keeping. We'd outlined the accessibility issues and they worked diligently to resolve them. We are thankful for their fast and responsible support allowing us to return to 100% WCAG compliance.

If you're a Shopify brand with retail partners, dealers, or distributors, we'd genuinely recommend giving Storemapper a try. It's easy to set up, and it's clearly built by a team that truly cares and work tirelessly to keep improving it.

We've been using Storemapper for a few years now and are very happy. We had a tech issue recently due to changes in the Google Cloud account, which stopped it from working, and their support team went above and beyond to help get it working again, so I can definitely recommend them!

Really useful and intuitive store locator app! Very easy to upload stores and add customizations, and a lot of features even on the most basic plan. Philly was also super helpful in walking through the features and fixing any minor issues we had with our map because of a custom design we added to our store locator.

We have 3k+ retail locations and this app allows our customers to search and find a store easily. We had a hiccup recently (on our end- switching URLs) and the tech support at Storemapper was swift in their remedies and went out of their way to help me reconnect our site. Highly recommend! A+++
