Easy setup and great customer support!

**UPDATE - Maybe 2 years later, needed to redo the content of our map. Brittany was super patient with me and helped me set up their new GOOGLE SHEETS SYNC. This is going to be so helpful in finally keeping our store list up to date plus the system will ignore duplicates. Thanks again.

THANK YOU TYLER! I installed this app into our site, went live, and then showed our CEO. She flipped out! So, thanks for making me look sooo good. Also, thanks for taking the time to help whenever I got stuck with anything from 6 missing geocodes (out of 600+) to customizing the CSS. I build the site for our company and now the non-computer savvy team is going to be able to add all the new stores! We have stores all over the world and this app integrated everything seamlessly. Love the app. It allows us to track all of our stores which is important for our offline business because we have no "Freaker" storefronts. - In addition, customer service is outstanding. Took less than an hour for the team to respond and fix the issues that I was seeing.

Customer service was awesome. Philly was super helpful on a Zoom call and walked me through step-by-step. She even sent me each step of what I was looking to accomplish via email afterwards!

A store map is a store map, but right here is what you're really looking for -- quite possibly the best personal customer service you'll find anywhere, in any company anywhere, hands down. And I speak as the customer service manager for our own company. Philly especially (thank you again!) has provided the most helpful tips and graciously put up with my endless questions as I struggled to navigate Google Cloud Console issues and nail down nitpicky specs for my website's enormous world map of stores. A recent back-end UI update has also greatly improved usability and customization options for us as website creators/managers. Definitely worth signing on for your business's store map!

We love Storemapper - not only is the app great, the support is first class. They made multiple adjustments for our new theme within hours. Very happy :)

We use Store Locator in a special manner because a lot of elements are highly customized in our site. (We use Store Locator to show geo-refereciated artworks). For that reason technical support is extremely important. I must to say that Storemappper team has been always very helpful to achieve the funcionality we want from their app. We had a problem yesterday with Google Maps API with our page down but they gave us a solution in minutes.

The customer support team is very helpful and the product is very simple to use and easy to integrated with Shopify. Highly recommend.
