Excellent customer service. The set up is easy and the team at Storemapper are readily available to help make the map efficient for your business. Very quick service as well. The map looks great on the website and we are happy with this program and the support offered. Pricing is fair as well for the customizable options.

The app does exactly what I need it to do and has some additional features that I really appreciate. In particular, I like that I can enter which of my stores carries which products so that customers can sort by product to see which store to contact. Customer service is also fantastic. Philly helped me solve an issue with Google geocaching quickly.

I like the app for tracking our retail partners. Love that you can customize it! My only feedback would be to make it white label at a lower cost please!

Store Locator has some very nice custom design settings - the ability to add a bespoke location marker for example. The analytics are also excellent - allowing us see where people are requesting/searching for stockists. All in all a good solid app - we've used it on both our EU and UK Stores for elivar.com

We have used Storemapper for several years now with BigCommerce. It always worked as it should, no hiccups.
We recently changed website platforms and the customer service in the changeover was incredible. We're very happy to continue with Storemapper on our new website.

Way too expensive for what it is. You're better off shopping around and getting a store locator that's half this price.

The app is very useful not only to help your customers find the closest retailer/shop, but also to show off that you are a "big" brand already selling around that they can trust...
I found great support when needed ( japanese addresses can drive you mad!!)
