We use the app to update our products. It works excellently. The support team assists immediately with questions or problems.
Worst App Ever. Wasted hours trying to bulk import Discount Codes. I then switched to SaleX: Bulk Discount Generator and had my codes imported within 10 minutes.

We had a chance to review your import file and found that the value "fixed_amount" was placed under the column "Discount Type" instead of "Discount Value Type". This small mismatch caused the issue. After updating the column header to the correct one, the import worked as expected.
