BEWARE. Extremely disappointed in this app.
It worked beautifully the first time I used it. I attempted to add it to more than one of our Shopify stores, because I was convinced on the first go. But, somewhere down the line they released a 'beta' of the dashboard and it severely effected the function across 3+ of my stores. Repeatedly, it kept asking for us to re-subscribe our plan and when attempting to do so, did nothing but refresh the page and bring us back to the same re-subscribe page. After many attempts trying to contact support, no one answered or was able to help. I'm forced to leave a distasteful review and switch all of our store locators elsewhere. It's truly a shame.

It breaks my heart to read that StoreRocket worked beautifully for you at the beginning and then you've found an issue that made you leave this review.

Please let me explain what happened. It's really important to me.

I've tried getting in touch with you but unfortunately, there might've been some issues with the responses because you haven't received my replies and I haven't gotten yours. That is why I always recommend using the support button from Shopify (so one of the Shopify experts can get involved too).

All your projects are still there, up and running, you just had to switch between them from the "Projects selector" displayed in the top-left of the sidebar.

Misunderstandings can happen and they are not done with bad intentions.
