Florence’s support was really very helpful! I’d give it 5 stars.
Unfortunately, I’ve already found one downside to the app, which is why I can’t give it 5 stars at all: you can’t manually select which products you want to optimise, which is very annoying if you have more products than are included in the package. I’m going to test the app now and then see if upgrading to a higher plan is worth it.
So far, the range of features and the user interface seem very good to me. I can’t say anything about the app’s results yet, I need to test it for a while first.
Helpful app and useful when it comes to optimizing your products for a small catalogue.Great and attentive customer service happy to assist you with any queries and answer technical questions.

Good product, well thought through and implemented.
Very helpful support team as well.
We have the free version and so far so good! Limited as you’d expect and we’re looking to upgrade here soon. Customer service was helpful as well.
very nice and helpful.
I give it a four because I tried it, uninstalled it, then reinstalled and bought it. That confused the situation and I was without the paid for upgrade for about a month being told I cancelled. But Nicole stayed on it and got it sorted. Now I have the app up and running. I like this app and it has actually done a great deal for our SEO. Customer service was frustrating at times, but they hung in there and made it okay.
Hi there,
Thank you for your review! We’re glad to hear that you loved our app.
Regarding the subscription issue you mentioned, unfortunately, we don’t have control over that. When you uninstall any app, Shopify’s subscription system automatically cancels the subscription. To re-enable it, you’ll need to contact the app’s support team directly. We hope this clarifies the situation.
Regardless, we hope you continue using the app and feel free to reach out to our support team if you need any further assistance.
the monthly cost is far to expensive for me as a start up company with many products
Thank you for reviewing our app and expressing your concerns about the pricing. We strive to provide high quality at an affordable price for stores.
However, we are always open to offering discounts to help our merchants. I would greatly appreciate it if you could reach out to our support team to discuss this further and to find the best possible price for you. I look forward to hearing back from you.
Thank you!
