Ashik was very helpful and troubleshoot my website and found out that I had a developer problem and I was very thankful for his patience and I could not believe how thorough he was and how he went step by step and leaving me with instructions after I fix my problem with the store . This app is helping us rebuild our SEO Positioning, very intuitive and easy to use. The AI part does not work very well yet, they still need to improve that to make the app more efficient.
Pial in the customer service helped us a lot, giving us a complete and useful overview of how we were performing in the usage of the app with tips and also identified and explained how we could upgrade and obtain more advantagrd.
