This app is helping us rebuild our SEO Positioning, very intuitive and easy to use. The AI part does not work very well yet, they still need to improve that to make the app more efficient.
Pial in the customer service helped us a lot, giving us a complete and useful overview of how we were performing in the usage of the app with tips and also identified and explained how we could upgrade and obtain more advantagrd.

Jen was extremely he and extremely patient. We went screen by screen and she showed me how to optimize my products and my images. She also helped me set up my Google analytics. I have a chrome book and It was very slow she remained cheerful,helpful and patient. Thank you Jen

I give it a four because I tried it, uninstalled it, then reinstalled and bought it. That confused the situation and I was without the paid for upgrade for about a month being told I cancelled. But Nicole stayed on it and got it sorted. Now I have the app up and running. I like this app and it has actually done a great deal for our SEO. Customer service was frustrating at times, but they hung in there and made it okay.

Regarding the subscription issue you mentioned, unfortunately, we don’t have control over that. When you uninstall any app, Shopify’s subscription system automatically cancels the subscription. To re-enable it, you’ll need to contact the app’s support team directly. We hope this clarifies the situation.

So far I am enjoying the app. The support staff is very helpful. Nadvi walked me through the process of using the app which made it much easier to use.
