Had a few major issues. 1) The design tool on the Streetshirts website, when you save to Shopify, auto-populates size and colour combinations they don't do. Found out the hard way, by having to refund a customer. 2) Even BEFORE you submit an order for fulfillment, if you need to amend the items, you apparently need to create an entirely new order on Shopify. If you don't, and do it the proper way by amending the items manually on the existing order, the app will add any of the removed items to the order and charge you even though the message from their API to the Shopify order acknowledges only the correct items. 3) Further to 2, even though the extra items on the order Streetshirts end are due to an issue with the app, they "can't cancel the order." So, their customer (me) gets penalised for something that's not the customer's fault and down to bad software. Had other serious issues but not mentioning as they don't relate to Shopify connection/app.

These people are utterly incompetent. I have had nothing but problems with Streetshirts and have finally lost my patients. So far, I have had coupons for late arrivals that do not work, smudged prints, bleeding prints, undersized prints (event when they reprinted from a previously undersized print), prints on the wrong colour t-shirt, and lastly double-billed. I would not recommend them.

Reeeeally bad app. They say they print quickly, they do not. A customer ordered the same shirt size in two different colours. One shirt was true to size, the other was 2 inches smaller than stated. They're unhelpful and close the chat on you. The prints on the shirts have a horrible smell.
