UPDATE: As of June 24th I spoke with Rochelle and her service was great, we came to a resolution that I'm appreciative and happy with. I will update again once I see how everything goes..Rochelle has kept in touch to make sure that I'm receiving everything that I should..I added 2 more stars and will update after everything discussed is done.

Still waiting to hear from customer support I have removed previous review..I'll update when everything is resolved.
