RUN!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! I did a sample order on June 2nd I STILL have not heard from ANYONE on the matter, I have gotten NO shipping/processing information NOTHING! I have gone back and forth through email with no resolution..I had a Shopify order and the same thing!!! STYLESI is a joke and only takes your money and you never receive a product!! They have even taken my monthly fee!!!!!! I WILL BE REPORTING TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS!!!

Support replied promptly and attended to every issue. Very friendly and forthcoming. Store has decent fashionable items and pricing is good. 17 days in and we’re satisfied and hope it stays that way.

I am revising my review -- I connected with Rochelle, in Stylesi's customer service department, who has been nothing short of amazing. We connected via the chat, scheduled a Zoom call, and Rochelle went through set-up with me to determine my issue and to remedy the problem. Great customer service goes such a long way and I am incredibly grateful to Rochelle for her personal communication and attention to detail. I'm very excited to working with Stylesi moving forward.

I am wondering what other's experiences have been with regard to actual deliveries of products from Stylesi. I'm having difficulty tracking and I haven't received a response to my questions from email (no one has responded via their online chat, the only two methods of customer service) other than one email stating that they are looking into the tracking issue ...with zero follow-up on the status or suggestions.
