Stylo has been at this for a while (we've been a customer for more than a year) and they are hands-down the best AI system in Zendesk. Adding Shopify data was a feature request we put in a while ago so it's great to see that they took this seriously and built it into a separate app. If you have a high volume of tickets that slip through ticket deflection you should definitely take a look at this.
I wasn't familiar with Stylo at all, I found this app in the Shopify app store and that led me to the Zendesk app store to find that they have several apps all centered around AI in CX. Though we use Shopify we don't have a high volume of tickets that need automated responses, we actually ended up using the Scribe app to write our help center articles for us. It's like chatgpt for our help center, which is more useful for us as we are just getting started with a support team (2 people) and it's harder to create a robust help center than it is to just answer the few tickets we get. I'm sure we'll get to the point where we need the generated response AI as well but for now Scribe has been a huge help!
Not free fraudulent
Unfortunately, for an app to not be gated by entering in a credit card for a trial, it *must* be listed as free. We are very transparent about our pricing on the app listing page and at our website at askstylo.com/pricing.
Adding Shopify as a data source to our Stylo responses has cut our ticket volume by about 20% and the price is negligible compared to the time we're saving. Definitely worth the easy install.
