Miles was very helpful! I'm excited to know there are changes coming to the platform where reports can be pulled form a dashboard. That will make the app much better!
The app is a very great idea for those who can expense it! I was able to try it out and it wasn't the right fit for me because I am a new small business. I look forward to growing my business and hopefully resubscribe to this app in the future!

We chose Subi as the app for us to run hardcopy magazine subscriptions via Shopify. The scheduling option allows us to accept subscriptions for the current Issue up to a specific time before cutting over to the next Issue, this allows us to forecast accurately. The launch was a little hectic, but we were well supported by the Subi support team. We've ticked over to Issue 2, and the team has been able to help us out with a few tweaks, and it's been smooth sailing since. Highly recommend!
I've been using Subify for more than 4 months now, and it’s a great app – very intuitive and easy to navigate! It has really streamlined managing subscriptions for our online store. My only minor gripe is the export feature: when I want to export the current list of subscribers, I have to request it, and it arrives by email within 12 hours. However, if I ask for it via customer service chat, it’s sent over within minutes. Big thanks to Mason for his prompt and helpful support! Overall, it’s a solid app with responsive customer service.

We had an issue that wasn't working on mobile but the team were able to quickly come in and fix it straight away. Also we have been constantly growing our revenue as this is an easy and straightforward app to use. Highly recommend.
