Après un tout petit peu d'attente (seulement quelques minutes), Sam a bien pris soin de me répondre avec grande attention et politesse.
On a répondu à mon questionnement de façon claire, en français et compréhensible.
Il y a aussi l'option IA au début qui peut dépanner, mais je préfère de loin discuter avec une vraie personne. Ce qui a été le cas et je l'ai grandement apprécié.
L'option de pouvoir envoyer des "screenshot" est top ! MERCI :)

I actually use this app for my monthly subscriptions and my loyalty program. I am a small business and find that this helps a lot.
