Customer support is responsive. But app is not intuitive and the pricing is not transparent. Be aware that they take a percentage of your sales - it's not just a flat monthly fee.

I downloaded the app and started working with it immediately. About 5 minutes in I got a pop up chat with assistance. My rep was very informative and had an answer for every single question I asked.
